Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number — usually within 1 to 2 business days of ordering.

Track it

You can see the status of every order in your account, or paste your tracking number into the carrier's website.

Tracking not updating?

A new tracking number can take up to 5 days to activate. If it still shows nothing after that, email hello@aurobi.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you.

How long should it take?

Within the United States, 3–7 business days after shipping. Full estimates are on our Shipping Policy page.
