Processing
We process orders within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility — usually within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 7–18 business days
- Australia: 7–18 business days
- Rest of the world: 14–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. A tracking number can take up to 5 days to become active after you receive it — if it isn't updating after that, email us.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or undeliverable, we'll reship it once you confirm a corrected address.
